01Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions govern use of betaquestx.com and the educational services offered under the BetaQuest X brand ("we", "us", "our"). The legal operator is to be confirmed in the contact section. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before creating an account or purchasing membership. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into the relevant agreement. Paid subscriptions and recurring payment authorizations must be made by a person with legal capacity and authority to use the payment method. [OPERATOR REVIEW: confirm the minimum learner age and any guardian-managed access policy before publication.] The platform currently has no age-verification or parental-consent workflow; these terms do not establish one.
02Accounts and your responsibilities
Provide accurate registration information, complete the applicable email verification and keep your credentials confidential. Do not impersonate another person, share or sell account access, or use someone else’s payment authorization. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Use the password-recovery process if you lose access. Report suspected unauthorized access through the confirmed support channel. Never disclose passwords, verification codes or payment PINs to someone claiming to be support. Account permissions and status determine which features you can access.
03Free content and premium membership
Some published content is available to guests or free accounts. Protected content and certain learning actions require sign-in or active premium access. The membership offering provides access according to the plan displayed at purchase; it does not transfer ownership of learning materials.
Premium access lasts for verified eligible paid coverage, subject to account status and these terms. Access can change when coverage expires, payments fail or are refunded, or content is withdrawn. Enrollment alone does not unlock premium lessons or guarantee permanent access.
Google AdSense is planned for guests and free users. Active premium members are intended to receive an experience without BetaQuest X-served advertising when that integration launches. Ads or branding in third-party video players may be outside our control. These terms do not claim advertising is currently running.
Course enrollment is separate from billing: the current platform records course enrollment without a separate course-purchase checkout. A membership is a subscription, not an individual course purchase or a lifetime course license. Any future separately sold course must identify its own price, access period and purchase conditions before payment.
04Subscriptions, billing and renewals
Premium membership supports monthly and yearly plans with INR billing through Razorpay. The current plan and checkout information determine the amount and billing interval. [OPERATOR REVIEW: confirm tax treatment, invoice arrangements and any additional charges and ensure the full payable amount is disclosed before purchase.] This page does not fix a price or promise a trial, discount or upgrade credit.
By completing recurring-payment authorization in Razorpay checkout, you authorize charges on the agreed schedule, subject to the mandate and the subscription’s configured number of billing cycles, unless cancelled or otherwise ended. Subscriptions are not represented as renewing indefinitely. Review the payment authorization and plan details before approving.
A checkout confirmation or mandate authorization alone does not prove that a billing period has been paid. The platform verifies captured subscription payments and eligible billing periods with Razorpay before granting paid access. Verification can be delayed. If a payment appears debited but access is pending, check subscription status and contact support with the payment reference before making another purchase.
Razorpay controls payment-method availability and payment processing. Relevant provider terms apply to its services; see Razorpay’s Terms. Future plan changes should be disclosed before they apply to a new purchase or renewal; these terms do not authorize undisclosed retroactive charges.
05Cancelling automatic renewal
Use Cancel automatic renewal in the membership area when available for your subscription. The implementation requests immediate cancellation of the recurring subscription at Razorpay while retaining premium access supported by verified, unrefunded paid periods. The cancellation is not a request to delete your account.
Wait for confirmation and check the subscription status. A failed or pending cancellation request should not be assumed successful. Cancelling does not reverse an already processed charge, automatically refund a period or prorate unused time. If a charge is already being processed, contact the confirmed billing support channel to resolve its status.
After eligible paid coverage ends, premium access ends unless another eligible entitlement exists. Unenrolling from courses, signing out or simply stopping use does not cancel automatic billing.
06Refunds and payment disputes
Refund policy requires operator approval: [INSERT REFUND ELIGIBILITY, REQUEST WINDOW, EXCLUSIONS, REQUIRED INFORMATION AND APPROVED PROCESSING TIMEFRAME BEFORE ACCEPTING PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS UNDER THESE TERMS.] No money-back guarantee, blanket no-refund rule or automatic refund is established by this draft.
The application does not offer a self-service refund request or automatic prorated refund. Cancellation by itself is not a refund. Once the billing contact is confirmed, report duplicate, unauthorized or disputed charges with the account email, payment identifier, date and reason; never send card credentials or payment PINs.
If a refund is approved or required by applicable law, processing is handled through the payment provider and timing depends on the payment method and banking systems. Refunded payments may cease to support premium access; the current entitlement calculation excludes payments with a recorded refund, including a partial refund. Mandatory consumer remedies are preserved regardless of the final commercial policy.
07Courses, assessments and certificates
Enrollment adds a course to your learning records. Unenrollment changes enrollment status and does not automatically erase saved activity. Courses and lessons can become unavailable when unpublished or changed. Progress tracking reflects recorded activity and assessment rules; it is not proof of professional competency.
Quiz and assignment availability, passing thresholds, attempt limits and submission requirements depend on the content settings. Assignments may accept text, links or files and may be evaluated by administrators. Scores and feedback can be corrected, with evaluation revision history retained. No fixed review time or passing result is promised.
Certificates: the current implementation does not issue certificates or establish an accreditation policy. Course enrollment, completion or premium membership does not entitle you to an accredited qualification or certificate. Any future certificate offering must state its criteria and status separately.
08Educational disclaimers
Materials are for learning and general information. We do not guarantee examination results, employment, admission, earnings, professional accreditation or suitability for a particular purpose. Content may contain errors or become outdated; verify important information using appropriate sources.
Content discussing legal, financial, medical or other specialist topics is not individualized professional advice. Practical exercises should be performed with appropriate supervision and precautions. Third-party resources are provided for reference and are subject to their own terms.
09Intellectual property and submitted work
Platform branding, software, original learning content and other protected materials belong to their respective owners. Subject to your access rights, you may view materials and use explicitly provided downloads for personal learning. Do not resell, redistribute, publish substantial copies, remove ownership notices or reproduce protected content commercially without permission, except as permitted by law or an express license.
You retain ownership of work you submit. By uploading or posting it, you permit us and necessary service providers to store, display to the intended audience, process and review it to operate the relevant learning or interaction feature. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated commercial reuse.
Submit only work and files you have the right to share. Avoid including other people’s personal information without lawful permission. Public comments may be visible to visitors; assignment submissions are intended for authorized learning and review access. Externally hosted submission links follow the external host’s sharing settings.
10Prohibited activities
- Bypassing authentication, premium access restrictions, upload permissions or assessment limits.
- Sharing account credentials, selling access, impersonating users or using stolen payment methods.
- Uploading malware, infringing material, unlawful content, or content that harasses or exposes others’ private information.
- Interfering with service operation, exploiting vulnerabilities, abusive automation or extraction of protected content without permission.
- Manipulating scores, progress or view counts, submitting fraudulent work or misrepresenting learning achievements.
- If advertising is introduced, generating invalid clicks or impressions or encouraging others to do so.
11Restriction, suspension and termination
We may restrict access, remove content or suspend or terminate an account for material misuse, payment fraud, security threats or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, the operator should provide reasons and a way to raise a concern through the confirmed grievance channel; an automated appeal system is not currently provided.
Account restriction can prevent use of premium content. Ending access does not itself resolve recurring-payment authorization; billing cancellation must be handled separately. Any treatment of prepaid amounts remains subject to the confirmed refund policy and mandatory consumer rights. Data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12Service availability and changes
Availability can be affected by maintenance, technical faults, provider outages or events beyond reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of a particular course or a specific service level. Keep your own copy of original submitted work.
We may revise content and features or discontinue parts of the service. Material changes affecting a paid offering should be communicated as legally required, and any applicable consumer remedies remain available. Third-party payment and video services can change independently.
13Liability and mandatory protections
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an available basis without a promise that every item is accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for every learner. We are not responsible for outcomes based solely on educational content or for independent third-party services beyond our control.
To the extent legally permitted, liability for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or opportunities, is excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or statutory consumer remedies. No monetary liability cap has been specified without operator review.
14Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Raise a concern through the confirmed support or grievance contact so it can be reviewed. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent consumer forum, regulator or court where legally entitled.
[OPERATOR REVIEW: confirm the legal operator’s location and any legally appropriate jurisdiction clause.] This draft does not impose an unverified exclusive court location or mandatory arbitration. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
15Changes to these terms
Revised terms will be published here with an updated date. Where a change affects an existing agreement or requires additional notice or acceptance, it must be handled as required by law. Posting revised terms does not retrospectively remove accrued rights or authorize new charges without the necessary agreement.
